Author description

Pam Erickson is the vice president of procurement and corporate relations for Operation Blessing International. In the spring of 1996 she boldly took on the task of initiating Operation Blessing's first Gifts-in-Kind (GIK) program. Through her innovative and effective relationship-building skills, Pam has matured this program into an extraordinarily successful gift acquisition program yielding an average of 100,000,000 pounds of donated products each year. She has a BS in education from Howard Payne University and a master's in education from Regent University. Pam has also developed curriculum for and was the Instructor of classes on "Donorology" for Regent University as well as having conducted a "Donorology" Symposium in Beijing, China.
